Empower From Within is a South Florida–based wedding officiant, pre-marital counseling and life & relationship coaching practice led by Minister Adrian Johnson (“Minister Adrian”). We serve couples and individuals online and in person and want you to feel clear and cared for at every step.

We aim to respond to all messages within 1–2 business days.

2. Service Payments, Deposits & Rescheduling

Many of our offerings are services (wedding ceremonies, pre-marital counseling, life & relationship coaching).

  • A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your date or session.
  • Remaining balances are due by the deadline agreed upon in your confirmation email or agreement.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date/time.
  • If we are unable to serve you due to an emergency on our side, we will either:
    provide a suitable replacement officiant/coach when possible, or
    issue an appropriate refund for any unused services.

Details for your specific package are always included in your confirmation email.

3. Digital Products, Journals & Downloads

Some of our offers (such as guided journals, digital prompts, and worksheets) may be delivered as digital files or links.

  • Digital products are typically non-refundable, since access is granted immediately after purchase.
  • If you have trouble accessing a file or link, email us within 7 days with your order information and we’ll make sure you receive what you ordered.

If a digital product is ever offered with a special guarantee, that will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Books Sold Through Other Retailers

Some books or journals may be sold via third-party retailers (such as Amazon or other bookstores).

  • When you purchase through those retailers, their shipping and return policies apply.
  • If there is an issue with printing or shipping, please contact the retailer first, then let us know if you still need support.
5. Shipping (If/When We Ship Physical Items)

If we ship any physical items directly from Empower From Within:

  • Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days.
  • You’ll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout.
  • If your order is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right in alignment with our carrier and inventory.
6. Cancellations & Refunds Summary

Because most of our work is service-based and time-reserved:

  • Retainers / booking fees: typically non-refundable once your date or time is confirmed.
  • Full-service packages: refunds or partial credits may be considered in rare circumstances and are evaluated case-by-case.
  • Digital products: generally non-refundable once delivered, except for technical issues we cannot resolve.
